Mr. Aziz ullah Goheer Secretary General Pakistan Textile Export Association (PTEA) invited Syed Maaz Mahmood President All Pakistan Business Forum to acknowledge the efforts of APBF to facilitate the issues of textile exporters post pandemic exports matters with the help of diplomatic community. Mr. Goheer applauded APBF for putting all its best efforts for business community across Pakistan. Maaz Mahmood President APBF said that PTEA has represented the textile exporters at the critical time of this pandemic and all have witnessed that PTEA has gone to its maximum to help to expand businesses and facilitate exporters which is a major source of foreign currency in Pakistan. APBF extends its full cooperation to PTEA through an MOU inked by Mr. Goheer in 2019. PTEA has also approached APBF to have support from diplomatic community to increase the canvass of export of textiles from Pakistan through authentic sources across the globe. APBF and PTEA has also committed to work for dialogue for civil society for their fundamental rights, raising voice in industry for environmental hazardous and following the ILO conventions. Several opportunities were discussed to increase the awareness and sustainability of GSP plus to textile industry through seminars and conference in near future. Mr. Goheer thanked Mr. Maaz for his visit and fruitful discussion at the office of PTEA in Faisalabad.
