JAPAN-PAKISTAN Trade & Window
The All-Pakistan Business Forum (APBF) had organized an interactive, visionary and enterprising meeting with Ambassador of Pakistan to Japan, H.E. Imtiaz Ahmad; the major focus and aspiration being: diverse business opportunities, joint ventures, B2B (business-to-business), promotion of tourism and development of skilled workforce through TEVTA. APBF President Mr. Syed Maaz Mahmood acknowledged and appreciated the exceptional efforts and dedication to not only promote, but also foster bilateral trade by presenting the proposition of “Japan-Pakistan Trade and Economic Window” #JPTEW. In the forthcoming days, a concept note will be shared with his excellence in order to implement this idea in real-time.
H.E. Imtiaz Ahmad accredited the APBF efforts and declared that there is immense potential for the Pakistani business community to enhance trade with Japan especially in: agriculture sector, food items (including sea food), textile sector, IT sector, tourism industry, export of skill workforce development and more. Subsequently he advised that technology transfer will be beneficial for our industry and the Pakistan business community should certainly participate. The virtual meeting was attended by APBF President Mr. Syed Maaz Mahmood, General Secretary Mr. Khurram Niaz Khan, Mr. Amir Munir, Mr. Aamir Ata Barry, Mr. Haroon Ali Khan, Mr. Nasir Ali Zia, Mr. Adil Jawaid Mansoor, Mr. Syed Nabeel Hashmi, Mr. Aamer Aziz, Mr. Agha Zafar Abbas and Mr. Manzoor ul Haq Malik. The meeting concluded with words of gratitude for all the esteemed participants.
