APBF President, Secretary General and member Lahore Board met with H.E. Stefano Pontecorvo, Italian Ambassador to Pakistan

APBF President Syed Maaz Mahmood, Secretary General Mr. Khurram Niaz and Member Lahore Board Mr. Moin Bashir meeting with H.E. Stefano Pontecorvo, Italian Ambassador to Pakistan.

Syed Maaz Mahmood appreciated his struggle and efforts for increasing bilateral trade between the two countries due to great inspiration and motivational gesture throughout his tenure. H.E. Stefano is completing his tenure in Pakistan, Syed Maaz Mahmood invited H.E. to Lahore as business community is keen to complement and recognize his tireless efforts for the b2bs, joint ventures, technology transfers, people to people contact, support in culture and architecture by Italy to Pakistan. President APBF invited H.E. to inaugurate the State of the Art Italian technology based Aluminum factory where the machinery was imported and erected along with technology transfer by the support of H.E. Stefano during last three years.
H.E. Stefano also invited by the President APBF Maaz Mahmood on the behalf of President Lahore Press Club to meet the press and share his dynamic experiences and successes while leaving Pakistan and a farewell dinner will also be hosted by business community in the honour of H.E. Stefano Pontecorvo for his diligent work for Pakistan and Italy.

H.E. Stefano Pontecorvo thanked Mr. Maaz Mahmood for the professional support given by APBF to Italian Embassy during his tenure and complemented APBF as a credible, serious and reliable organisation to work with that led bilateral trade of Italy and Pakistan reached to 2 Billion U. S. Dollars from 400 Million U. S. D. in short span of time. H.E. also appreciated APBF recent successful conference Way to a prosperous Pakistan at Islamabad in December 12’2019 that has covered almost all of the challenges of the time being faced by Pakistan and its business community.
